Developing comprehensive training strategy to improve Office of Research product adoption and ease-of-use through exceptional learning experiences for researchers and research teams across all three UW campuses and affiliated institutions.
Leading, designing and delivering elearning and instructor-led training on Office of Research software products for UW researchers and research administrators.

Rapid implementation of new learning management system (LMS) to enable elearning delivery, learning analytics and data connections to consuming services. Wrote a successful grant application for $10,000 and 100 XO laptops from OLPC and worked with the East African Center for Women and Children to deploy the laptops at the Vutakaka Junior School in Takaungu, Kenya. This included: research, budgeting and project planning
